Use the "Order Comments" box and type in "Combine orders on single card". Hotel gift cards are not accepted at Signature by The Kahala Hotel & Resort.
USPS Shipping and Delivery Delays
Gift cards are shipped via USPS. Due to Hawaii’s geographic location and the additional transportation and logistics involved in moving mail to and from the islands, delivery times may be longer than standard mainland shipments. USPS service updates, transportation schedules, weather conditions, and other operational factors may also affect transit times. As a result, delivery dates are estimates only, and we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date or time.
Lost or Stolen Gift Cards
Once gift cards are shipped via USPS, we cannot guarantee delivery or be held responsible for gift cards that are lost, stolen, or delayed in transit. Customers are welcome to contact us if they experience a shipping issue, and we will do our best to assist them; however, resolution may depend on USPS and its available tracking or claims process.
FedEx Shipping for Gift Card Orders of $500 or More
For the safety and security of funds, all gift card orders totaling $500 or more must be shipped securely through FedEx rather than USPS. Accounting will email the customer a separate invoice for the applicable shipping fee. The order will be subject to the required shipping arrangements.
