Gift card is for a custom 60 minute facial. The Kahala Spa proudly offers a full range of facials for all skin types. Our skin care product lines have been carefully selected to customize each facial addressing various skin conditions. During your initial consultation, our estheticians will examine your skin and discuss your concerns. Together you can choose the most effective treatment that will give you the results you desire and leave your skin renewed and rejuvenated. Tax and gratuity are included on the gift card.
At check out please indicate the recipients name and address. Also if you plan to pick up the gift card at the Kahala Spa or if you would like it mailed.
USPS Shipping and Delivery Delays
Gift cards are shipped via USPS. Due to Hawaii’s geographic location and the additional transportation and logistics involved in moving mail to and from the islands, delivery times may be longer than standard mainland shipments. USPS service updates, transportation schedules, weather conditions, and other operational factors may also affect transit times. As a result, delivery dates are estimates only, and we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date or time.
Lost or Stolen Gift Cards
Once gift cards are shipped via USPS, we cannot guarantee delivery or be held responsible for gift cards that are lost, stolen, or delayed in transit. Customers are welcome to contact us if they experience a shipping issue, and we will do our best to assist them; however, resolution may depend on USPS and its available tracking or claims process.
FedEx Shipping for Gift Card Orders of $500 or More
For the safety and security of funds, all gift card orders totaling $500 or more must be shipped securely through FedEx rather than USPS. Accounting will email the customer a separate invoice for the applicable shipping fee. The order will be subject to the required shipping arrangements.
